Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Timothy Investments Pty Ltd T/As Better Office Supplies , hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter."
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. The competition entry period will commence on [Start Date] at [Start Time] (local time) and close on [End Date] at [End Time] (local time). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps:

3. Agree to these terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box.
4. Submit the entry form by clicking the designated "Submit" button.

1. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2. By entering this competition, participants agree that any information provided may be used by the Promoter to contact the participant regarding the competition or for marketing purposes. The Promoter's privacy policy can be found at [Privacy Policy URL].

The prizes for this competition are as follows:

1. Gaming Pack: One (1) laptop with a retail value of under $1000 with (1) Bloody Gaming Set
2. Retro Pack: One (1) laptop with a retail value of under $1000 with (1) Viboom Fairy Bluetooth Speaker and (1) Pixel Art Frame.
3. Active Pack: One (1) laptop, one (1) Shokz OpenRun Pro - Beige

1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the competition entry period. The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the competition closing date. The winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days after the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
3. The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters related to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from their participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize. The Promoter further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to any participant's or any other person's computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
6. By entering this competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliated companies, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or the use of the prizes.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event beyond the Promoter's control.
8. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
9. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
