Return Policy

- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

- The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Returns
You have the right to initiate the return of your order within 30 days of the delivery date if:
- The product is defective, or
- The product was purchased incorrectly (e.g., wrong size, color, or variant).

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only in cases where the purchased product was incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or version). Exchanges must be approved by customer service and are subject to product availability.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. In the case of a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Return Conditions
- Returns must be made in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received.
- Ensure the return shipment is well-packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is excessively damaged, we may pass on a reduction in the product's value to you.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for any delays or damages during the transportation of returned items. We recommend checking the package within 24 hours of receipt, and if there are any problems, please contact us immediately.
Return Method
We accept returns via mail. In the case of defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via hello@betteroffice.com.au. We will do our best to complete the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.
